About the Role

You will lead the development and execution of end-to-end marketing and growth initiatives for both B2B and B2C audiences. You will conduct market research, design and run digital campaigns, create and manage content, optimize the website for SEO, analyze performance data to refine strategies, and identify partnership opportunities. You will iterate quickly, wear multiple hats, and build repeatable acquisition loops.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in payments fintech or related industries
  • Interest in crypto payments stablecoins and cross-border finance
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to wear multiple hats
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms
  • Sales and communication skills
  • Proven track record developing and executing user acquisition campaigns across multiple channels
  • Fluency in English Spanish and Portuguese
  • Prior experience in blockchain or crypto projects (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of the regulatory landscape in fintech marketing (nice to have)
  • Basic design skills (nice to have)
  • Basic data skills (nice to have)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to understand competitor trends and customer needs and pain points
  • Develop and execute marketing and growth strategies targeting user acquisition activation and retention
  • Set up and manage marketing campaigns across key digital channels
  • Create and manage content for social media blogs and other digital platforms
  • Optimize the website for SEO and clear value proposition
  • Analyze marketing and growth data to measure performance identify trends and refine strategies
  • Identify and establish partnerships to amplify reach and credibility
