Marketing Manager - B2B Marketing

About the Role

You will own and execute go-to-market strategies for B2B products, build and scale demand-generation engines beyond paid media, and translate complex blockchain primitives into clear business outcomes. You will create full-funnel content including solution briefs, webinars, and thought leadership, and develop partner marketing toolkits to accelerate partner launches. You will work remotely while aligning with approximately ±2 hours of the UK timezone to collaborate with stakeholders and measure marketing activity against commercial metrics such as MQLs, pipeline and ROI.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in B2B growth or product marketing, ideally within Fintech SaaS or Web3
  • Deep understanding of stablecoin ecosystems such as USDC and EURC
  • Knowledge of onchain treasury management, non-custodial architecture and smart contract vaults
  • Ability to connect marketing activity to commercial outcomes (MQLs pipeline predictability ROI)
  • Entrepreneurial hands-on execution with experience working to lean budgets
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive audiences
  • Experience integrating Generative AI into B2B marketing workflows
  • Ability to work within approximately ±2 hours of the UK timezone
