About the Role

You will manage day-to-day backend operations for the affiliate and partners team. You will own the lifecycle of newly onboarded partners from onboarding to first-client activation. You will coordinate with sub-brokers and trading schools and drive daily communication across partner communities and 1:1 interactions. You will handle partner queries and coordinate with customer support and operations for timely resolution. You will identify operational bottlenecks impacting partner performance and activation and maintain and update data trackers for leads, prospects, onboarded partners, and franchise partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day backend operations for the affiliate and partners team
