About the Role

Coordinate B2B events from planning through follow-up, including vendors, logistics, registrations, collateral, and on-site support. Manage lead qualification and routing, support multi-channel campaigns, maintain reporting dashboards, track KPIs and pipeline contribution, and administer marketing purchase orders, invoices, and budgets.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing execution, events, integrated campaigns, or marketing operations
  • Proven ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel with strong prioritization and delivery discipline
  • Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a high-velocity, sometimes ambiguous environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate across functions
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong bias for action and follow-through
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, or Slides
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools such as Salesforce
  • Comfort with learning and adopting new technology tools

Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of B2B events
  • Drive event readiness across timelines, stakeholders, vendors, logistics, registrations, collateral, and on-site support
  • Maintain event plans, trackers, action lists, and follow-ups
  • Coordinate cross-functional event inputs
  • Manage event-generated lead uploads, tagging, routing, follow-ups, and data hygiene
  • Support website lead qualification and sales handovers
  • Support multi-channel B2B marketing campaign execution
  • Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, approvals, and stakeholder updates
  • Maintain reporting trackers and dashboards
  • Track KPIs, lead quality, follow-up velocity, and pipeline contribution
  • Support purchase orders, vendor paperwork, invoice tracking, and budget tracking
  • Maintain marketing briefs, timelines, and trackers
