About the Role

You will create high-quality, visually compelling marketing assets for social, campaign, and product channels. You will translate ideas and briefs into engaging visuals that follow brand language, maintain and evolve brand consistency, design motions and animations in Figma, experiment with AI tools to speed creative output, collaborate asynchronously with marketing, community, and product teams, and contribute to campaign concepts and visual direction.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in graphic or marketing design
  • Previous experience in Crypto
  • Strong visual fundamentals including composition, color, typography, and visual hierarchy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Previous experience creating digital and social media assets
  • Skilled in Figma and working with brand libraries and design systems
  • Experience using AI tools in the creative workflow (e.g., prompting, upscaling, iterating)
  • Familiarity with animation or motion tools is a plus
  • Able to work independently in a remote, async-first environment
  • Must be located in the EMEA region
