About the Role
You will lead the end-to-end manufacturing test strategy for AI server platforms and datacenter infrastructure. You will manage manufacturing test engineers, define test coverage and infrastructure, plan capacity, partner with hardware and manufacturing stakeholders, and improve production quality, yield, and scalability.

- Develop standardized manufacturing test methodologies
- Establish manufacturing test standards
- Lead and develop manufacturing test engineers
- Allocate team resources
- Serve as the technical escalation point for manufacturing test issues
- Lead Design for Test reviews
- Lead Design for Manufacturability reviews
- Own manufacturing test coverage reviews
- Partner with JDM manufacturing partners
- Lead manufacturing readiness reviews
- Review and approve manufacturing test plans
- Define test infrastructure requirements
- Plan manufacturing capacity
- Monitor manufacturing metrics
- Lead root cause investigations
- Drive corrective and preventive actions
- Analyze field failures and manufacturing escapes
