About the Role
You will support daily manufacturing operations, diagnose technical issues, and maintain production throughput. You will manage tooling and test equipment, investigate non-conformities, improve yield and cycle times, execute new-product introductions and engineering changes, and keep production documentation accurate.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechatronics
- At least 3 years of experience in high-tech manufacturing or robotics
- Troubleshooting skills
- Experience with oscilloscopes, DMMs, and power supplies
- Soldering, crimping, and cable-assembly skills
- Excellent technical communication and presentation skills
- German and English proficiency at B2 level or above
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for production flow and uptime
- Document non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions
- Maintain, calibrate, and improve production tooling and test equipment
- Monitor first-pass yield and throughput times
- Lead initiatives to improve output, efficiency, and delivery
- Optimize the end-to-end value stream
- Execute new-product introductions and engineering change orders
- Maintain accurate test procedures and work instructions
