About the Role
You will lead company-wide strategic planning and performance management. You will prepare and present executive- and board-level reports, analyze financial and operational performance, and provide actionable recommendations. You will align OKRs and KPIs across commercial and noncommercial functions, conduct market and macroeconomic research, manage investor communications and requests, develop the SIRG team, and deliver cross-functional special projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Management Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Five or more years of experience in business analytics, FP&A, corporate strategy, or related functions.
- Leadership and team development skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with annual budgeting and forecasting, long-range strategic planning, Balanced Scorecard implementation, and board and investor presentations.
- Commercial understanding and ability to partner with business units and functional leaders.
- Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Python, and SQL skills.
- Experience with Tableau and Metabase.
- Organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate on initiatives presented to senior leadership and the Board.
- Develop the SIRG team.
- Lead company-wide performance management.
- Supervise periodic executive-level reports and board presentations.
- Synthesize and present information for executive-level reports and board presentations.
- Lead performance review cycles across revenue, costs, margins, and KPIs.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on variance analysis and financial performance.
- Lead enterprise-wide strategic planning, initiative prioritization, and performance tracking.
- Align OKRs and KPIs across commercial and noncommercial teams.
- Conduct competitive benchmarking, industry research, and macroeconomic analysis.
- Fulfill investor information requests.
- Manage investor communications and related critical tasks.
- Execute cross-functional special projects and ad hoc tasks for SIRG and top-level management.
