About the Role

You will support financial planning and analysis for the Technology and Operations departments. You will prepare financial reports, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, manage headcount and hiring-plan analysis, and partner with stakeholders to inform investment and business decisions. You will also analyze market performance and customer trends, improve forecast accuracy and process automation, and identify risks and opportunities that influence business strategy.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in Corporate Finance or a similar field.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial modeling.
  • PowerPoint skills for executive presentations.
  • Advanced financial, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to distill financial data into clear, concise insights.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to understand trends and assist with forecasting business KPIs.
  • MBA or other finance professional certificates preferred.
  • Hyperion Essbase and Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management reports in partnership with Finance and Technology and Operations stakeholders.
  • Support monthly and quarterly budgeting and forecasting through data management, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
  • Assist with headcount management and hiring plans.
  • Analyze performance with Technology and Operations teams, optimize investment, and support business decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve forecast accuracy, process efficiency, and automation.
  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and projects related to market performance, customer trends, and sportsbook initiatives.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to identify risks and opportunities that influence business strategy.
