About the Role
You will lead a multidisciplinary software test and automation team. You will define verification strategies, build automated validation infrastructure, establish readiness standards and metrics, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, coordinate validation activities, develop roadmaps and staffing plans, and present readiness assessments and risks to leadership.

Responsibilities
- Lead and grow Software Test and Automation Engineers
- Define verification and validation strategies across simulation, SIL, HIL, VIL, and operational test environments
- Develop automated regression testing, validation frameworks, and test infrastructure
- Establish software-readiness criteria, quality gates, and performance metrics
- Integrate automated validation into CI/CD pipelines
- Develop common automation frameworks, reusable test assets, and validation methodologies
- Coordinate software-readiness activities across engineering and flight-test teams
- Develop technical roadmaps, staffing plans, and engineering priorities
- Mentor engineers, conduct performance reviews, and recruit talent
- Present readiness assessments, technical risks, and validation status to leadership
