About the Role
You will establish global mobility strategy, develop policies and frameworks, lead the mobility team, manage immigration and tax compliance, oversee relocation vendors and budgets, support employees and families through relocations, and use data to improve mobility programs.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global mobility and/or human resources
- Experience leading teams
- High data literacy
- Knowledge of immigration, tax, compensation, and benefits for international assignments
- Knowledge of mobility programs, market trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices
- Experience working with global organizations
- Strong communication skills
- High integrity and ethics in handling confidential information
Responsibilities
- Develop and iterate global mobility guidelines
- Build frameworks for global mobility
- Shape and grow the mobility team
- Partner with People, Finance, Tax, and Payroll teams
- Navigate global immigration, tax, and legal requirements
- Create cost estimates and manage relocation investments
- Manage relocation, immigration, and tax vendors
- Support employees and their families with housing, schooling, and cultural settlement
- Maintain global mobility data
- Provide reporting and insights to improve program offerings
