About the Role
You will lead and validate maintenance studies and projects, improve equipment reliability and performance, maintain maintenance documentation in the CMMS, coordinate internal and subcontracted work, manage technical shutdown activities, and provide technical support and training to operational maintenance teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or two- to three-year post-secondary qualification in maintenance or industrial engineering
- Five to ten years of experience
- Proficiency with office software
- Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
- CMMS knowledge
- English
Responsibilities
- Lead, validate, and deliver maintenance studies and projects
- Define actions to maintain equipment reliability and improve performance
- Lead continuous-improvement maintenance initiatives
- Maintain documentation and equipment data in the CMMS
- Coordinate internal and subcontracted maintenance operations
- Assess production-equipment changes and their impact on maintenance plans
- Monitor regulatory compliance for equipment
- Prepare, plan, and track technical shutdowns
- Provide technical support and training to maintenance teams
