About the Role
You will monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic warehouse automation systems. You will diagnose electro-mechanical, controls, software, network, and PLC issues; communicate operational impacts; document root-cause findings; train site personnel; and support launch, commissioning, and continuous-improvement activities.
Requirements
- TSU or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent technical experience
- At least 3 years of experience supporting automated, robotic, electro-mechanical, manufacturing, logistics, or advanced industrial systems
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs, including Allen-Bradley, Siemens, or similar platforms
- Knowledge of robotics platforms, automated material-handling systems, conveyors, sensors, servo drives, VFDs, HMIs, and industrial Ethernet networks
- Experience with SQL, Linux, Python, dashboards, monitoring tools, diagnostic applications, or warehouse execution systems
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams, and diagnostic information
- Spanish and English proficiency
- Ability to work at heights and lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems
- Diagnose electro-mechanical, controls, software, network, PLC, and robotics issues
- Communicate technical issues, business impacts, recovery timing, and corrective actions
- Conduct root-cause analysis and document findings
- Train site personnel on system functionality, troubleshooting, and safe work practices
- Support launch, commissioning, ramp-up, stabilization, and continuous improvement
- Follow site safety protocols, including lockout/tagout and fall protection
