About the Role
You will develop data-science models and machine learning workflows, implement data ingestion and preparation practices, lead projects, make insights accessible through visualizations, establish deployment standards, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree plus 4+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree plus 0-3+ years of relevant experience
- Ability to explore frontier technology and assess practical implementation at scale
- Ability to communicate outcomes and progress for reliable implementation
- Comfort working on initiatives that may not reach production
Responsibilities
- Build AI development tooling
- Develop data science models and algorithms using disciplined software development processes
- Recommend new or reusable code and maintain version control and documentation
- Define and implement data ingestion, preparation, curation, and governance practices
- Lead projects and guide less experienced team members
- Support visualization and data accessibility
- Develop standards for analytics and machine learning model deployment
- Communicate and collaborate with organizational stakeholders
