About the Role
You will develop state-of-the-art models across text, image, and speech. You will train and deploy models, curate training data, build development tools, collaborate on agents and retrieval pipelines, and manage research projects and client communications.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- Excellent technical and non-technical communication skills
- Expertise in PyTorch or JAX
- Python
- Ability to contribute independently to a large codebase
- Ability to write clean readable high-performance fault-tolerant code
- Track record through personal professional or academic projects
Responsibilities
- Run pre-training and post-training and deploy state-of-the-art models on large GPU clusters
- Work on complex problems across robotics engineering finance cybersecurity and physics
- Generate and curate data for pre-training and post-training
- Evaluate models and improve their performance
- Develop tools and frameworks for data generation training evaluation and deployment
- Collaborate on complex use cases using agents and retrieval pipelines
- Manage research projects and communications with client research teams
