About the Role
You will build and improve production ML and LLM-powered systems for the AI Assistant and autonomous agents. You will design evaluation, benchmarking, and monitoring loops; develop signals, prompts, workflows, and model logic; and support experimentation, evaluation, and continuous model improvement.
Requirements
- 2+ years of industry experience in machine learning, applied AI, or software engineering with significant ML ownership
- Hands-on coding ability and a track record of shipping production systems
- Experience with LLM applications, NLP, search, retrieval, recommendations, evaluation frameworks, agent systems, or personalization
- Experience with modeling, product engineering, experimentation, quality measurement, and production iteration
- Proficiency with ML tooling and software engineering fundamentals in Python, Go, Java, or C++
Responsibilities
- Build and improve ML and LLM-powered systems for AI Assistant and autonomous-agent quality
- Design evaluation, benchmarking, and monitoring loops
- Develop signals, prompts, workflows, and model-driven logic for reasoning, planning, personalization, and task completion
- Apply RAG, semantic search, recommendation systems, post-training, reinforcement learning, and agent orchestration where appropriate
- Partner with product, design, and engineering to ship production systems
- Contribute data and ML infrastructure for experimentation and continuous model improvement
