About the Role
You will perform receiving and shipping operations, inspect and track materials, and accurately tag assets in management systems. You will stage parts for technicians, support inventory counts and audits, maintain organized warehouse areas, and assist with RMA, warranty, and vendor-return processes.
Requirements
- Experience in a warehouse, data center, or high-volume hardware environment
- Experience maintaining inventory accuracy and real-time records
- Ability to follow established processes and flag problems early
Responsibilities
- Execute receiving and shipping operations
- Verify quantities, inspect materials for damage, and update tracking systems
- Tag, label, and log assets in asset management systems
- Pull and stage parts for technicians and engineers
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory audits
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse and staging areas
- Assist with RMA processing, warranty claims, and vendor returns
