About the Role
You will support stable operation of delivered WES systems through technical support and incident response. You will investigate and resolve failures, work with customers to identify issues and recommend improvements, coordinate defect fixes and patches with development teams, and propose, estimate, and administer maintenance services.
Requirements
- Knowledge of logistics-site operational flows and business processes
- Experience negotiating with customers and resolving issues
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and incident response for stable WES operations
- Investigate, isolate, and support recovery from system failures
- Communicate with customers to identify issues and recommend improvements
- Coordinate defect fixes, patches, and recurrence-prevention activities with development teams
- Propose maintenance services, prepare estimates, and administer contracts
- Continuously improve customer satisfaction and maintenance-service value
