About the Role
Inspect infrastructure equipment, diagnose miners, maintain site hashrate using manufacturer or internal software, replace faulty equipment, support research and development, participate in daily planning, maintain clean work areas, and ensure equipment safety.
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- DEP in electronics or computer science is an asset
- At least 6 months of experience, preferably in a similar field
- Valid driver's licence and a vehicle for work-related travel
- Ability to perform material-handling tasks to move miners
Responsibilities
- Inspect equipment regularly to identify infrastructure condition and performance issues
- Diagnose miners and maintain high site hashrate using manufacturer or internal software
- Participate in daily planning meetings and execute prioritized tasks
- Diagnose and replace faulty equipment
- Participate in research and development of new technologies
- Keep work areas clean and ensure the safety of the computer equipment fleet
- Perform related duties as required
