About the Role
You will monitor sensitive support and legal channels, assess urgency, route and escalate requests, and respond using approved guidance. You will manage data-subject requests, coordinate questionnaires and agreements, track cases through completion, test safeguards with Support Engineering, and report operational issues and metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years in support, trust and safety, legal or privacy operations, or compliance
- Experience handling legal, privacy, or law-enforcement requests
- Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and data-subject requests
- Judgment regarding Legal or GRC escalation and confidential information
- Clear writing
- Ability to manage competing deadlines
- Experience improving support processes with technical teams, automation, and AI safeguards
Responsibilities
- Monitor support and legal channels and route requests for human review
- Escalate government, court, law-enforcement, and legal-threat requests
- Respond to routine requests using approved templates and guidance
- Gather account history and draft responses for review
- Process data-subject requests and follow identity-verification and data-handling procedures
- Coordinate security questionnaires and data protection agreements
- Track cases through completion and follow up on deadlines
- Test routing, AI bypass rules, auto-close protections, and alerts
- Maintain approved replies and handoff instructions
- Report backlog, response times, overdue cases, and recurring problems
