About the Role
You will provide day-to-day legal support across corporate commercial regulatory and transactional matters. You will maintain corporate governance records assist with commercial agreements and legal documents support financing and corporate transactions coordinate due diligence and work with external counsel on requests deliverables timelines and fees.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law.
- Qualified lawyer preferred for the Legal Counsel track.
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in an in-house legal department law firm or similar legal environment.
- Solid understanding of corporate commercial and general legal matters.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters documents and deadlines simultaneously.
- Reside in Vietnam.
- Ability to periodically travel to the company’s global offices.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day legal support across corporate commercial regulatory and transactional matters.
- Support entity registrations corporate filings board documentation resolutions legal notices and corporate records.
- Review prepare coordinate execute and maintain commercial agreements and other legal documents.
- Support financing transactions corporate transactions and due diligence exercises.
- Prepare document checklists coordinate information requests and organize transaction materials.
- Coordinate with external counsel and track requests deliverables timelines and legal fees.
