About the Role
You will architect and build an engineering platform for legal and operations workflows. You will own contracting automation, ship legal product surfaces, consolidate legal tooling into a reusable platform, translate legal workflows into systems, assess third-party tools, and establish scalable processes across legal and operations functions.
Requirements
- At least three years of backend software engineering experience
- Experience shipping production systems at scale
- Knowledge of legal concepts

Responsibilities
- Architect and build a legal and operations engineering platform
- Automate high-volume legal work across contracting, e-discovery, redlining, governance, vendor onboarding, and matter management
- Own enterprise contracting automation
- Ship in-product legal surfaces
- Consolidate legal bots, prompts, and scripts into a documented and reusable platform
- Translate legal workflows into engineered systems and engineering constraints for non-technical stakeholders
- Evaluate, retire, or replace third-party tools
- Build scalable processes and foundational systems
