About the Role
You will communicate with clients about insurance terms, including inspections, security devices, and instalment payments. You will use specialised software, track incoming client payments and allocate amounts to policies, and support administrative client-service processes.
Requirements
- Be completing a degree in Economics, Insurance and Social Work, Business Economics, or Finance
- Have computer literacy in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
