About the Role

You'll play a key role in executing high-quality learning experiences across the organization, partnering closely with the Director of Learning & Development, HR Business Partners, Talent Management, HRIS, and cross-functional teams. You'll manage multiple learning programs simultaneously, support their end-to-end delivery across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats, and help ensure a seamless learner journey. You'll handle day-to-day learning operations including LMS content uploads, course setup, learner assignments, and reporting, while identifying opportunities to improve processes and integrate new tools and technologies. You'll coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align on training needs, timelines, and expectations, and you'll contribute to communications that promote learning programs and drive participation. You'll also mentor teammates and share knowledge to help drive progress across initiatives.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, HR, or a related field
  • Experience supporting the coordination and delivery of learning or talent programs in a corporate environment
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms (experience with Adobe Captivate and 360Learning a plus)
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and external vendors
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and recommend improvements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience supporting hybrid learning environments (virtual, in-person, and eLearning)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to operate with increasing ownership and autonomy
  • Passion for building engaging, scalable, and employee-centered learning experiences
  • Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of enterprise learning programs across in-person, virtual, hybrid, and eLearning formats
  • Partner with the Director of Learning & Development to implement the enterprise learning roadmap
  • Ensure high-quality program delivery by applying established standards and monitoring participant experience
  • Anticipate program needs and proactively resolve issues
  • Support facilitation of learning sessions
  • Manage day-to-day learning operations including course setup, LMS content uploads, learner assignments, reporting, and troubleshooting
  • Maintain data accuracy and generate reports to track program participation and effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes and user experience
  • Support integration of new tools, platforms, learning technologies, and generative AI tools
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to support training needs and ensure alignment with learning standards
  • Coordinate with external vendors on scheduling, communications, and quality assurance
  • Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
  • Escalate risks or challenges and propose solutions
  • Support development and execution of communications to promote learning programs
  • Contribute ideas to enhance engagement in a hybrid learning environment
  • Mentor other team members and support teammates by sharing knowledge
