About the Role
You will design, maintain, and facilitate hands-on operational training for new and existing personnel. You will build LMS modules, assess learner proficiency, collaborate on content accuracy, and use feedback and performance data to continually improve training.
Requirements
- Three years of experience designing, developing, and facilitating training programs in an operations environment
- Learning Management System administration and content-management experience
- Training-material development from operational workflows and SOPs
- Needs assessment and training-effectiveness evaluation
- Scenario-based training development
- Knowledge of operational control centers, dispatch coordination, or multi-route fleet management
- Understanding of autonomous vehicle technology and human operator roles

Responsibilities
- Design and build LMS training modules for operational processes, technical systems, and safety protocols
- Update and maintain training content to align with SOPs and system updates
- Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions
- Conduct new-hire onboarding and continuous development programs
- Coach, mentor, and assess trainee proficiency
- Collaborate with operational leaders and subject-matter experts on training content
- Gather feedback and performance data to improve training programs
