About the Role
You will own infrastructure-level protocol decisions, OP Stack modifications, and technical provider relationships. You will implement compliant screening, identity, and privacy solutions; manage reliability, incidents, and costs; document the platform; and align the technical roadmap with product needs.
Requirements
- 6+ years of product or engineering experience
- 3+ years focused on blockchain infrastructure
- Deep understanding of EVM rollups, sequencing, fees, proofs, withdrawals, bridges, upgrade keys, and account abstraction
- Experience translating business and regulatory needs into technical requirements
- Experience partnering with Compliance, Legal, and Data Protection
- Knowledge of MiCA, DORA, AML/CFT, and sanctions screening
- Excellent English
Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure-level Vision Chain configuration and OP Stack modifications
- Manage technical relationships with infrastructure providers
- Implement compliant onchain screening, identity, and privacy solutions
- Manage reliability, incidents, and costs
- Own developer documentation and partner technical onboarding
- Align the chain technical roadmap with product roadmaps
