About the Role

You will deliver hands-on technical instruction in New York and remotely across European time zones. You will teach technical practitioners, run train-the-trainer programs, coach instructors, and improve sessions, labs, exercises, and demonstrations. You will use instructor and learner data to improve instructional quality and support program delivery.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, developer advocacy, technical education, or another technically deep role
• 3+ years of hands-on technical instruction for engineers in live in-person and remote environments
• Production software engineering experience
• Recent experience building or debugging applications using LLM APIs, agents, tool use, MCP, or related technologies
• Instructor development experience
• New York City location or willingness to relocate
• Ability to work from the NYC office during instructor-led programs
• Ability to travel approximately 25% to San Francisco and Europe

Responsibilities

• Deliver hands-on technical instruction in person and remotely
• Teach technical audiences through labs and interactive sessions
• Run train-the-trainer programs for internal experts, contract instructors, and training partners
• Coach and calibrate instructors through observations and feedback
• Partner with technical experts to develop sessions, labs, exercises, and demonstrations
• Manage instructional quality and instructor staffing for East Coast program calendars
• Use learner and instructor data to improve curriculum, delivery, and instructor development
• Evolve technical instruction standards and practices
