About the Role

Lead design across the foundation's products as a player-coach, managing and mentoring another designer while contributing directly to high-impact product work. Set design vision, scale the design system, partner with Product and Engineering, and use AI-assisted workflows to deliver high-quality user-centered experiences.

Requirements

7+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio of shipped end-to-end work.
Exceptional visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail.
Experience managing or mentoring designers.
Demonstrated use of AI tools in design work.
Expertise with Figma, Framer, and design systems.
Strong communication and stakeholder-alignment skills.
Experience with user research and usability testing.
On-chain, crypto, or fintech design experience is a bonus.
Design-team scaling, code or AI prototyping, and founder or 0-to-1 experience are bonuses.

Set and champion product design vision aligned with company goals and brand values.
