About the Role
Design, optimize, and evolve Unlimit's enterprise-grade Oracle data platforms supporting global financial systems. Lead database design and performance initiatives across OLTP and OLAP environments, deliver complex releases, review critical code, lead a small developer team, and integrate Oracle data flows with modern pipelines, analytics systems, and AI workloads.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional Oracle SQL and PL/SQL development experience
- Understanding of OLTP and OLAP systems, including design and performance optimization
- Experience developing and supporting 24x7 high-availability systems
- Skills in query tuning, indexing, partitioning, and AWR/ASH performance diagnostics
- Experience leading or mentoring at least 2 developers
- Proficiency with Git
- Structured analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related IT field
- English proficiency at B2 or higher
Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and evolve Oracle data platforms
- Lead database design and performance initiatives across OLTP and OLAP environments
- Ensure scalability, reliability, and integration with data pipelines and AI-driven analytics
- Define and drive the evolution of Oracle database development
- Plan and deliver complex database releases

- Ensure performance, integrity, and reliability standards are met
- Lead a small team of developers and set priorities
- Guide best practices for design, testing, and optimization
- Partner with platform and data teams on Oracle data flows, analytics, and AI workloads
