About the Role
You will serve as an embedded finance partner for the digital infrastructure organization, supporting energy procurement, construction and project controls, power infrastructure development, and real estate investments. You will build capital budgets and forecasts, maintain project models, evaluate funding structures, and deliver executive, board, and investor reporting. You will also support debt and equity fundraising analyses and improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, or corporate finance in a capital-intensive environment
- Sector experience or knowledge in data center infrastructure and/or real estate
- Understanding of capital-allocation frameworks
- Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, scenario analysis, and return-metric calculation skills, including IRR and MOIC
- Ability to improve processes and reporting accuracy
- Experience with FP&A planning software and BI visualization tools
- Working knowledge of accounting principles and financial statements
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, presentation, and slide-building skills
Responsibilities
- Create project-level and portfolio-level capital budgets for data center projects
- Prepare annual budgets and monthly forecasts
- Track performance, analyze results, and communicate performance narratives
- Improve forecasting accuracy
- Partner with cross-functional peers to connect operational realities with corporate planning and liquidity forecasts
- Review and maintain project models for capital-allocation decisions
- Analyze the effects of equity, debt, and joint-venture funding on capital structure, dilution, and liquidity
- Prepare monthly and quarterly executive reports, board materials, and investor updates
- Create models, presentations, and diligence materials for debt and equity fundraising events
