About the Role
You'll join a cutting edge engineering team based in Kuala Lumpur, working at the technological epicenter of MoneyLion to disrupt traditional finance. You will design, implement, test, and deploy microservices and RESTful APIs that power consumer financial products across desktop and mobile. You'll drive cross-functional architecture discussions, coach mid and senior engineers, and lead an Agile team using the Scrum framework to ship complex solutions, all while balancing technical deliverables with stakeholder coordination.
Requirements
- Proven competency delivering enterprise solutions in backend development, mobile development, quality assurance, or SRE
- Proven competency in industry best practices for engineering excellence, driving cross-functional architectural discussion (RFC) and coaching mid/senior engineers
- Ability to comprehend deep business domains and design solutions to address the gaps
- Experience leading Agile teams to ship complex solutions using the Scrum framework
- Ability to balance technical deliverables and necessary stakeholder coordination
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- At least 8+ years of experience developing, maintaining, monitoring and supporting software for high concurrency production environments
