About the Role
You will monitor and assist mobile service robots in hospital settings, troubleshoot operational situations, collect data, and provide feedback to engineers. You will communicate with hospital staff and supervise associates by scheduling, onboarding, training, approving time cards, escalating corrective actions, and arranging coverage.
Requirements
- Have a high school diploma or GED
- Have supervisory experience leading a small team
- Have customer service and de-escalation skills
- Communicate effectively in writing and verbally
- Lift up to 40 pounds
- Work varying shifts, including nights and weekends
- Work during significant holidays
- Obtain vendor credentials, including required immunizations, background check, and drug screen
- Be local to Rochester, New York and willing to work onsite
Responsibilities
- Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in hospital environments
- Collect data and troubleshoot real-world situations
- Provide detailed feedback to engineers
- Ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded
- Communicate with hospital staff and the public about robot operation
- Prepare and publish monthly schedules
- Onboard and train Clinical Robot Associates
- Approve time cards
- Escalate corrective-action issues
- Arrange coverage for callouts
