About the Role

You own the all source targeting function and define the tradecraft and standards used to guide investigations. You will design and implement an end to end operating model including legal process and data exploitation, and you will collaborate with engineering on tooling and workflows. You mentor and direct all source investigators, set collection priorities, review work product, and raise the bar on output quality. You personally work the most complex investigations including multi jurisdiction targets and controller level attribution. You will serve as the senior law enforcement facing interface coordinating with federal partners on perishable leads, prosecutorial referrals, and joint disruption operations. You partner with the Threat Intelligence Analyst as the operational counterpart to turn strategic disruption frameworks into executed targeting campaigns at scale.

Requirements

• 8+ years of all source investigative or targeting experience including time as a senior 1811 such as FBI HSI IRS CI or Secret Service or equivalent
• Demonstrated player coach experience
• Deep legal process expertise
• Federal law enforcement network
• Senior tactical thinking
• Strong written communication and executive presence
• AI fluency required
• Crypto experience preferred but not required
• US citizenship required

Responsibilities

• Own the all source targeting function for high value investigations define the tradecraft set standards and ensure every target package leaving the function is defensible prioritized and actionable
• Build and scale the operating model design how legal process data exploitation and targeting flow end to end and close the loop with engineering on tooling integration
• Mentor and direct a group of All Source Investigators set collection priorities review work product raise the bar on output quality and create a player coach culture that scales without losing rigor
• Personally work the most complex investigations multi jurisdiction compound targeting and controller level attribution
• Serve as the senior law enforcement facing interface coordinate with federal partners on perishable leads prosecutorial referrals and joint disruption operations
• Partner with the Threat Intelligence Analyst as the operational counterpart turn strategic disruption frameworks into executed targeting campaigns at scale
