About the Role
You will lead the design and implementation of AI agent solutions, translate customer requirements into production-ready conversational workflows, and refine agent behavior. You will integrate agents with enterprise systems, test and optimize performance, resolve production issues, advise customers, and document scalable best practices.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role
- Experience in conversation design and AI agent development
- Experience with LLMs, prompting techniques, and model behavior optimization
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with APIs, system integrations, and enterprise architectures
- Project and stakeholder management skills
- Attention to detail in conversational-flow design
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of AI agent solutions
- Translate customer requirements into scalable conversational workflows and architectures
- Develop LLM-driven agent behavior using prompt engineering, embeddings, and structured workflows
- Ensure reliable performance through guardrails, testing, and continuous iteration
- Optimize conversational flows including tone, SSML, and logic
- Integrate AI agents with APIs, CRMs, and backend services
- Troubleshoot production workflow, integration, and system-behavior issues
- Advise customers on best practices and scaling AI solutions
- Translate ambiguous business needs into structured solutions
- Document best practices and build enablement assets
