About the Role
You will support hashboard repair operations by preparing, cleaning, assembling, testing, diagnosing, sorting, packaging, and storing equipment. You will handle materials safely, apply thermal paste and solder masks, test ASIC chips, prepare miners for testing, and complete related tasks as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Knowledge of electronics, computing, and manufacturing assembly is an asset
- At least 6 months of experience, preferably in a similar field
- Valid driver's license and a vehicle for work-related travel
- Ability to follow safety protocols when handling solvents
- Ability to perform material-handling tasks, work standing, and complete repetitive tasks for extended periods
- Manual dexterity, teamwork, communication skills, and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Clean heatsinks and apply thermal paste
- Open and close hashboards
- Package boards
- Prepare pallets for storage
- Assemble miners for testing
- Perform preliminary diagnostics and sorting of boards as needed
- Apply solder masks
- Clean and test ASIC chips
- Refill containers with alcohol, thermal paste, and paint stripper
- Complete other related tasks
