About the Role

You will support the end-to-end onboarding of retail clients by verifying documentation and completing KYC checks. You will respond to onboarding queries, resolve straightforward cases, escalate complex issues, identify discrepancies, maintain audit-ready records, and help ensure work meets quality, KPI, and SLA standards.

Requirements

• Experience in a client-facing, customer service, or administrative role
• Willingness and aptitude to learn KYC/AML principles and retail client onboarding processes
• Clear client communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Problem-solving and escalation judgement
• Working knowledge of MS Excel
• Ability to manage a varied workload against KPIs and SLAs
• Prior experience in financial services or a regulated industry
• Exposure to KYC/AML systems or case management tools
• Experience handling client complaints or service issues
• Experience supporting audit requests
• Experience using AI tools

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of new retail clients
• Verify documentation and complete KYC checks in line with policy and regulatory requirements
• Respond to client onboarding and KYC queries and complaints
• Resolve straightforward cases and escalate complex cases
• Identify and escalate exceptions and discrepancies in account-opening processes
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready KYC and client-interaction records
• Meet agreed KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards
• Support account-opening quality checks and address identified gaps
• Apply relevant AML/KYC policy and procedure updates
• Flag onboarding risks, process gaps, and system issues to the team lead
