About the Role
You will lead efforts to grow adoption of the protocol across Korea by building relationships with retail users, trading communities, developers, and institutional partners. You will run community programs, organize meetups and hackathons, support dApp onboarding, and localize documentation and marketing for the Korean market. You will identify and manage partnerships with exchanges, wallets, media outlets, and DeFi projects, and represent the project at conferences and public events. You will operate independently in a fast-paced remote-friendly environment and report on regional progress and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3–7 years of experience in crypto, preferably in a Layer 1, DeFi, or consumer-facing protocol
- Deep familiarity with the Korean crypto landscape including trading communities, influencers, and developer networks
- Proven ability to grow and manage communities in Korea
- Strong communication skills in Korean and English
- Self-starter mindset and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced remote environment
Responsibilities
- Build and execute go-to-market strategies to drive adoption among Korean users and developers
- Develop relationships with key influencers, trading communities, and local media to raise awareness
- Onboard and support Korean developers, organize hackathons, meetups, and educational initiatives
- Localize messaging, documentation, and content for the Korean market
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships with exchanges, wallets, media outlets, and DeFi protocols
- Advocate for the project publicly and represent it at conferences and community events
