About the Role
You will execute routine fiat and blockchain transaction settlement, perform reconciliations, maintain transaction logs, monitor queues and service-level cutoffs, escalate processing issues, use approved AI tools to improve workflows, and communicate with stakeholders.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor's degree
- 0–2 years of experience in financial operations, banking, payments, fintech, or fast-paced operations

Responsibilities
- Execute daily settlement and processing for fiat and blockchain transaction queues
- Perform daily reconciliations
- Maintain transaction logs
- Monitor transaction queues and service-level cutoffs
- Identify and escalate processing errors and system glitches
- Use approved AI tools, templates, and software to streamline tasks
- Communicate with peers and stakeholders
- Contribute to team objectives and initiatives
