About the Role
You will support first-round markups of investment-related NDAs and commercial contracts, manage document lifecycles, track deadlines, communicate with counterparties, assist with execution, and contribute to client matters alongside lawyers and senior paralegals.
Requirements
- 0 to 1+ years of experience including internship experience
- A bachelor's degree in law or equivalent is preferred
- Prior exposure to NDAs is a plus but not required
- Ability to prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
- Clear and professional written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and proactively flag issues
- Ability to collaborate with lawyers senior paralegals and client-facing teams
