About the Role
You will review property legal documents and manage ongoing cases for properties in a SIPP portfolio. You will work with solicitors surveyors advisers tenants and lenders to identify risks maintain accurate data resolve issues and meet legal regulatory and business requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of commercial property conveyancing principles and related legal matters
- Understanding of the Landlord and Tenant Act
- Commercial or residential property experience
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Clear professional communication skills
- Experience in a regulated environment is desirable
- A professional qualification such as Property Solicitor Legal Executive Licensed Conveyancer RICS or Paralegal is desirable
