About the Role

You will take responsibility for and carry out transfers, allowance management, bonus applications, tax processing, and edge-case handling for the retirement savings custody account, all while strictly adhering to SLAs and KPIs. You will continuously develop into the central subject-matter expert for all topics related to daily operational business. You will provide expert support to customer teams as they assist their end users, answering complex questions about retirement provisions. You will continuously optimize workflows through the targeted use of AI, automation tools, and cross-functional collaboration. You will ensure smooth operations and proactively address risks while strictly observing legal regulations and internal guidelines.

Requirements

  • Basic understanding of market rules and common retirement provision products, especially Riester pension
  • Knowledge of the legal framework and basic understanding of data exchange with the Zentrale Zulagenstelle für Altersvermögen (ZfA)
  • Strong interest in working with artificial intelligence and actively using AI tools in daily work
  • Reliability and resilience during periods of high workload as well as diligent schedule management
  • Native-level German and business-fluent English, written and spoken
  • High level of initiative combined with strong teamwork skills
  • Several years of professional experience with a deep focus on Riester pension and related operational processes (preferred)
  • Solid experience in data analysis and process optimization using visualization tools, and knowledge of SQL, Python or workflow automation such as n8n (preferred)
  • Practical experience using large language models such as Claude or comparable AI-supported solutions (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Support customer teams in assisting end users and answering complex retirement provision questions
  • Optimize workflows through AI, automation tools, and interdisciplinary collaboration
  • Ensure smooth operations and proactively address risks in compliance with legal regulations and internal guidelines
