About the Role
You will draft and review low and medium-complexity contracts under supervision. You will check compliance with applicable laws regulations and internal policies, collaborate with other departments on contractual needs, assist with legal research and opinions, track requests and deadlines, monitor legislative updates, and participate in routine meetings and alignment activities.
Requirements
- Completed law degree
- Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association
- Knowledge of at least two of Civil Law Obligations Employment Law Administrative Law and Corporate Law
- Prior experience drafting and reviewing contracts
- Skills with Google Workspace tools including Google Docs Sheets and Slides
- Knowledge of Digital Law and the Third Sector is desirable
Responsibilities
- Draft and review low and medium-complexity contracts under supervision
- Ensure contract compliance with relevant laws regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with departments to identify contractual needs and provide legal guidance
- Assist with legal research consultations and opinions on operational matters and risk mitigation
- Control and register department requests
- Manage deadlines and provide system updates
- Monitor changes to applicable legislation and regulations
- Participate in routine meetings and alignment activities
