About the Role
You will support end-to-end HR administration processes, from onboarding to offboarding. You will prepare employment documentation, maintain accurate employee records, support payroll by validating HR data, and administer employee benefits. You will keep personnel files compliant, identify opportunities to automate HR processes, support the adoption of new HR tools, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Administration, Personnel Administration or Payroll
- University degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, Economics or a related field
- Basic knowledge of labour law and HR administration processes
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy
- Interest in new technologies, digital HR solutions and AI tools
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good command of English and Polish, both written and spoken
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end HR administration processes related to employee onboarding, employment changes and offboarding
- Prepare and maintain employment-related documentation in line with internal procedures and applicable labour law requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure data integrity across HR systems
- Support payroll processes by preparing and validating HR data and cooperating with the payroll provider
- Administer employee benefits and provide day-to-day support to employees regarding HR administrative matters
- Maintain personnel files and ensure HR documentation is complete, accurate and compliant
- Identify opportunities to improve and streamline HR administrative processes through automation and digital solutions
- Support the implementation and adoption of new HR tools, systems and technologies
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of HR processes
- Support the HR team in day-to-day administrative activities and HR projects
