About the Role

You will support delivery for a self-service product portfolio alongside a Product Manager. You will track work and dependencies, coordinate launch readiness, prepare meetings and status updates, maintain product documentation, conduct research, and turn feedback and delivery metrics into structured input for prioritization.

Responsibilities

  • Track ticket status in Jira and flag blockers and outdated items
  • Maintain dependency notes and follow up on open action items
  • Coordinate cross-functional launches by monitoring readiness across teams
  • Prepare agendas and materials for recurring meetings
  • Write meeting summaries and distribute action items
  • Draft weekly status updates for stakeholder channels
  • Keep Confluence process documentation, decision logs, and launch notes current
  • Structure notes from syncs into reusable documentation
  • Conduct ad-hoc research on competitors, markets, and user flows
  • Synthesize feedback into structured input for product prioritization
  • Collect and structure feedback from team syncs and stakeholder discussions
  • Identify recurring themes and prepare input for the product backlog and prioritization
  • Track delivery metrics and flag friction points across the product workflow
