About the Role
You will support product development from discovery through launch and iteration. You will work with cross-functional stakeholders, use KPIs and data insights to prioritise enhancements, advocate for participant needs, maintain a prioritised backlog, and participate in Agile ceremonies. You will research market trends and competitors, resolve development and deployment challenges, coordinate QA test plans, document features and requirements, report progress, help define product vision, and support product launches.
Requirements
- 2+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with mobile applications or consumer-facing products.
- Experience supporting products across the product lifecycle, from discovery through launch and iteration.
- Analytical skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and making informed product decisions.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders while balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and business goals.
- Proficiency with Jira, Figma, and Notion.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with relevant teams to align product work with business objectives and priorities.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities.
- Define, monitor, and analyse KPIs to measure product success.
- Use data insights to inform product decisions, identify opportunities, and prioritise enhancements.
- Evaluate participant concerns, ideas, and user needs through the product management workflow.
- Develop detailed user personas to guide product decisions.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
- Maintain a well-groomed and prioritised backlog aligned with business priorities and team capacity.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Identify opportunities for product differentiation and innovation.
- Address development and deployment challenges while balancing technical feasibility, user needs, and business goals.
- Collaborate with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain documentation for product features, requirements, and updates.
- Provide progress reports and presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive initiatives from ideation through completion.
- Define and articulate product vision aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop product launch plans, messaging, and materials with internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure successful product launches.
