About the Role

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initiation and discovery through delivery. You will work with stakeholders, customers, and technical teams to scope initiatives, translate requirements into specifications and user stories, prioritize the backlog, plan releases, and use product performance and customer feedback to guide enhancements.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Proven experience in trading or infrastructure technology.
  • Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Extensive experience using AI and current methodologies.
  • Ability to define product requirements, create user stories, and manage a product backlog.
  • Expertise in data gathering and quantitative analysis, including SQL and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project-management platforms.
  • Understanding of the software development lifecycle and cloud-native technologies.
  • Ability to communicate between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Knowledge of crypto and digital asset technology.
  • Business fluency in English.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality product delivery.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog and write acceptance criteria.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders, customers, and internal teams and turn them into actionable tasks.
  • Write feature specifications and user stories aligned with business requirements and the product roadmap.
  • Foster Agile processes, continuous improvement, and iterative development.
  • Streamline release planning and deliver incremental value aligned with strategic direction.
  • Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform enhancements and future development.
