Requirements

• No prior dealing experience required.
• Openness to using AI-assisted tools.
• Strong interest in financial markets and trading.
• Comfort working with data and internal tools; SQL, Python, Excel, or similar is a plus.
• Ability to stay calm, focused, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work shifts, nights, public holidays, and weekends where required.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor client exposure in real time across the multi-asset platform.
• Use in-house dealing tools and internal dashboards for exposure, pricing, and execution monitoring.
• Support adherence to risk limits and internal risk parameters.
• Monitor pricing feeds, markups, and liquidity providers; escalate issues and assist with adjustments.
• Observe and gradually assist with hedging activity according to desk procedures.
• Contribute to daily P&L and exposure reporting.
• Follow market events and learn desk risk management, including overnight and weekend exposure.
