About the Role
You will lead end-to-end AI projects, taking ownership of requirement gathering, feasibility assessment, data strategy, model development, testing, and production deployment. You will translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories, oversee data labeling and model training iterations, and communicate progress and risks to leadership in accessible terms. You will manage data quality concerns and iterate on models to meet performance targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Previous internship experience in project management, tech operations, data analysis, or product management is a plus
- Proven track record of delivering data science, machine learning, or AI projects to production
- Strong conceptual understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Generative AI
- Understanding of data pipelines, data architecture, and the importance of data quality in model training
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills, with ability to manage uncertainty in experimental AI projects
Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of AI projects, including requirement gathering, feasibility assessment, data strategy, model development, testing, and production deployment
- Act as the primary liaison between business teams and technical teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
- Oversee data labeling, model training iterations, validation, and manage expectations around model accuracy and performance
- Identify project risks early and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate technical bottlenecks, model metrics, and project progress to leadership in business friendly terms
