About the Role

You will help design, build, test, and deploy Generative AI and agentic AI solutions under senior-engineer guidance. You will develop LLM-powered components, retrieval pipelines, prompts, integrations, documentation, and delivery practices while identifying risks in model performance, data quality, and security.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
0–3 years of professional software development experience
Foundational understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and RAG architectures
Python proficiency
Basic knowledge of REST APIs and AWS or Azure
Familiarity with Git, GitHub, and CI/CD concepts
Willingness to learn Agile, Lean, and ITIL methodologies

Responsibilities

Assist with designing and developing LLM-powered applications, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and multi-step agents
Build and maintain vector-database retrieval components and semantic search
Apply prompt engineering to improve LLM solution accuracy and reliability
Support solution-feasibility and implementation discussions with stakeholders
Integrate GenAI components with enterprise systems through REST APIs, webhooks, AWS Lambda, and Azure
Modernize automation assets with AI-driven decisioning features
Document solution designs, test and evaluation reports, and deployment notes
Support CI/CD and monitoring with Git, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, and Splunk
Identify and flag model-performance, data-quality, and security risks
