About the Role
You will support requirements analysis through stakeholder discussions, documentation, and clarification of ambiguities. You will work across the delivery lifecycle, create specifications and diagrams, analyze data, validate test data, investigate issues, execute tests, log defects, and responsibly explore AI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field by the start date
- Familiarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis
- Awareness of data flows, data validation, or querying
- Analytical thinking

- Diagramming tools such as Visio or Drawio
- Written and verbal communication

Responsibilities
- Participate in stakeholder discussions and capture requirements
- Clarify ambiguities with guidance from senior analysts
- Work across requirements, architecture, design, testing, and implementation
- Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process and data-flow diagrams
- Develop understanding of business context, system workflows, data flows, and dependencies
- Run queries, validate test data, and investigate data or system issues
- Create and execute test cases, analyze results, and log defects
- Explore AI tools and apply them responsibly to analysis and delivery
